The People Behind the Breath
Our team is a small, deeply experienced faculty of breathwork, trauma and nervous system practitioners who live this work in private rooms, group spaces and their own bodies every day. We blend science, somatics and lived experience to offer teaching that is exacting, human and firmly grounded in ethical practice.
Natalie Vallely
Founder & Lead Coach
As founder of the school, protecting the integrity of this work is an uncompromising responsibility — one that sits at the very heart of everything taught here, and one earned through years of extensive practitioner and facilitator experience — one-to-one clients, groups, retreats, and festivals — in which I came to know first-hand the potential and power of this work.
During my years as a mentor to Breathwork students, I learned to attune to how each student perceived and understood this work in their own way. What emerges here are facilitators who embody real command of this work and a forward-thinking approach to the craft — not just certified, but genuinely equipped for what this industry is becoming. That is the standard I hold myself to, and the one I hold this school to.
This school has its own capacity for drawing out what is distinctive in each student — for helping them recognise their own voice within this modality, and to weave that voice into their facilitation rather than smoothing it away. The curriculum teaches the craft; what I offer alongside it is the space for each student to discover who they already are within it. That discovery is not separate from what makes a facilitator — it's the making of one.

My path began with a degree in Social Sciences, before Conscious Connected Breathwork changed everything. Within weeks of practising, demand for my work grew so rapidly that I left my frontline career working with vulnerable children behind. My practice became full-time almost overnight — giving me the opportunity to learn from a high volume of clients, and to witness, discover, and grow alongside them.
My devotion to the work pushed me further still. I trained to become a Breath Science Practitioner and an Advanced Conscious Connected Facilitator, building a flexible capacity to take clients further than a single modality could reach alone. I went on to attend a year-long training in Compassionate Inquiry, expanding my ability to work with the body's expression and articulation, and to use that work to liberate people from their suffering. From there I was invited to mentor for Integrative Breath, and later for Seven Directions. In these roles, I discovered a particular way of seeing and speaking to this work — its craft, its art, its power — that directly influenced the growth of each student I worked with, and the standard they went on to reach.
I've come to understand that my purpose was never meant to end with clients and communities alone. It was to teach. I live in wonder and awe of what is possible with this work. I bring that wonder to you — and with it, everything I have mastered.
Breath brought me here. Where it takes you is yours to discover.

Katy Lehman is a Breathwork practitioner, mentor, and transformational coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves and embody lasting change.
Triple-trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork, Breath Science, and Aria Breath Harmonic Breathing, Katy’s work bridges science, lived experience, and deep human connection.
Her approach integrates breathwork, nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, pattern recognition, lifestyle foundations, nutrition, mineral balancing, and intuitive insight to support transformation that extends far beyond the breathing session itself.
Following her own experience of burnout after a successful career in the corporate and entrepreneurial world, Katy began a profound journey of self-discovery that challenged many of the traditional ideas of success she had previously lived by. Through this process, she learned to trust her inner authority, reconnect with her authentic self, and create a life grounded in alignment rather than constant striving.
Known for her ability to quickly recognise underlying patterns and create a space where people feel deeply seen, understood, and supported, Katy helps individuals cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, healthy boundaries, and self-trust. Her work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when insight is integrated, the nervous system feels safe, and people are given permission to return to the essence of who they truly are.
Alongside her private practice, Katy has mentored Breathwork practitioners in training, supporting students to develop not only technical competence but also the presence, discernment, and integrity required to hold transformational space safely and effectively.
She is passionate about helping people move beyond insight alone and into embodied change where healing is not something to achieve, but something to live.

GUEST TEACHERS:
Andy Duckham
Performance coach
Specialising in the integration of exercise physiology, endurance training, and functional breathing to improve health and performance.
I believe that whatever your goals—whether in work, sport, or everyday life—they become far more achievable when built upon a foundation of good health. Functional breathing is a key part of that foundation, helping to create a more resilient body and nervous system that can better adapt to the demands of training and life.
My work sits at the intersection of performance and recovery, helping people use their breathing to support physical performance, improve recovery, enhance sleep, and better manage stress. Whether you're preparing for your next event or simply want to feel healthier, stronger, and more energised in everyday life, I aim to provide practical tools that support long-term health and sustainable performance.
I'm particularly passionate about helping people understand the powerful role breathing plays in physical performance, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Unna is an exercise physiologist, coach, and neuroscience practitioner, with fifteen years' clinical specialty in dysautonomia and POTS, an origin story in learning to listen to a nervous system, and training in neuroscience and an ACT-informed lens that shapes everything she does.
That grounding is why breath has always mattered to her. Through her practice, Unna Movement, she also now works with leaders, high performers, and women navigating perimenopause to answer the question - who's nervous systems are shaping our worlds, helping them find the layer underneath the strategy. Not what to do. How they're operating in humanity.

Leroy Williamson
Equality Educator, Counsellor, Movement and Wellbeing Facilitator
With over 25 years' experience supporting individuals, communities and organisations to create spaces where people feel safe, respected and able to belong.
Leroy Williamson is an equality educator, counsellor, movement and wellbeing facilitator with over 25 years experience supporting individuals, communities and organisations to create spaces where people feel safe, respected and able to belong.
Growing up, Leroy experienced exclusion through race, religion, sexuality and socioeconomic disadvantage. Those experiences shaped both his personal values and his professional path, leading him to work alongside individuals and communities who face barriers to participation, wellbeing and opportunity. Through both lived experience and professional practice, he has witnessed the lasting impact of exclusion, as well as the transformative power of inclusion, compassion and genuine human connection.
Holding qualifications in Counselling and Youth & Community Work, Leroy has spent his career designing and delivering equality, diversity, inclusion and ethics training across the charitable, education and wellbeing sectors. Alongside this, he is a retreat leader, breathwork facilitator, movement teacher and founder of The Elevators Club, bringing together psychological understanding with embodied wellbeing practices.
Leroy believes that ethical facilitation begins long before a session starts. It starts with equality by design and equality in action. Through an understanding of intersectionality, he encourages practitioners to recognise that even people who appear similar may have very different identities, experiences, barriers and needs. His teaching invites curiosity over assumption, compassion over judgement, and confidence over fear.
Students can expect an engaging, reflective and practical learning experience that deepens their awareness of bias, strengthens their confidence in working with diverse communities and inspires them to create spaces where more people feel seen, valued and included.
At the heart of Leroy’s work is a simple belief: equality and ethics are not about avoiding mistakes, they are about creating better care.
Katherine Graham
Music and Sound Therapist
Over the past three decades, Katherine has enjoyed a beautifully diverse career as an educator, performer, musician, and wellbeing facilitator...
Our voices are one of the most powerful tools we possess. They communicate not only our individual timbre, resonance, and choice of words, but also our emotions, confidence, energy, and identity. By learning how to use the voice effectively, we can transform the way we connect with ourselves, with others, and with those we work with.
My journey with the voice began at an early age through poetry, singing, music and performance. These experiences inspired my lifelong interest and further study into the depth of emotions, the expressive qualities of sound and how we communicate through the human voice, recognising that our voices convey far more than language alone.
Over the past three decades, I have enjoyed a beautifully diverse career as an educator, performer, musician, and wellbeing facilitator. Alongside my practitioner role as a Music and Sound Therapist, I am a multi-instrumentalist and composer, and I work extensively as a voice coach and mentor with people of all ages and abilities, both in person and online. My practice is dedicated to health and wellbeing, so the style of coaching I adopt combines practical vocal techniques with an understanding of energy and complementary therapies, that can be drawn on to support you in both your professional and personal life.
Through my work I create a supportive space where you can experiment safely with vocal tones, dynamics, projection, articulation, and the rhythm and tempo of speech with confidence and presence. You will be provided with a toolkit of techniques developed around the breath, body awareness, expression and emotional language skills, so you are empowered to discover your own unique vocal identity and fine tune the voice that feels natural and impactful.
